[SOLVED] No Wireless Fead

Hi TSF my problem is that i can't connect to the Internet it happen today the single is ether very low or i can't even pick up a single. my network card is a
Linksys
model NO. WMP54G
Standars.IEEE802. 1g, IEEE 802.11b, PCI 2.2 and PCI 2.3
LEDs. ACT

I'm not bright with network so if anyone knows some new software that will help, I read on the net that new different software can fix this problem but I'm not sure which software I need my computer OS is XP SP1 yea pretty old thax for any help.

Did it ever work correctly? What Router Brand and Model are you using and how far away is it ?
Do any other wireless devices connect to it ?

and yes my notebook connects to the modem and has a good single

i just need some new software for the wireless card

On the link you posted in your first post scroll halfway down the page the drivers are listed on the right side.

thax wrench97 but it didn't help me a lot still thax but if anyone knows any different drivers

never mind, wrench97 has help me i just downloaded the wrong driver the first time then i re-downloaded a different driver now i can secure my network, still have low connection but that's probably because the network card is cheap so thax wrench97 for your help.
