can't connect to wireless networks
hi. my wireless card used to work great i had no problems until i got spyware message that said something like "winanonymous can delete all spyware malware from you infected computer...... etc" this messae would constanly pop up whenever i would connecct to the internet. it allways disconnected me and restarted my computer. no spyware virus scan detected anything and eventually i was unable to connect to the internet using wireless. i formatted and installed the same op but my wireless woud still not work. eveytime i try to connect i see "connecting to bswee" then "windows cannot connect diagnose connect to diff network." it isnt my netwrok because i tried to conect to nmy school's network and i get the same problem. strangely though one morning i got up and was able to connect to my network for about 2 hours then it got dc and couldnt connect again. i think its because my roomate connected to the network with his laptop. i think as long as someone else is on a network i cannot connect to it. im not sure. but its set to automatically obtain ip. i did eveythin possible... updated drivers, installed xp, nothin works. can someone help me please. is a intel(r) pro wireless 2200bg.

Re: can't connect to wireless networks
Please follow the instructions here (5 pages) and then post all the requested logs in a new thread here for the security analysts to look at. If you have any trouble running any of the scans, leave them and move onto the next.
The security forum is always busy, so please be patient and you will receive a reply as soon as possible. If you go to Thread Tools > Subscribe at the top of your new thread you will receive an email as soon as a reply is posted.
