Network Card Problem

Hi my motherboard is AsusTek M2N-MX SE,

I reinstalled windows XP today and was unable to connect to the internet when i got back on my computer. In device properties under netwrok adapters there is no options. Before reinstalling XP my onboard network adapter worked. Can somone please help, i really need this fixed.

I would try to re-install the driver and see if that helps at all.

Also check for any updated network card drivers.

If the NIC doesn't appear anywhere in Device Manager, the hardware is not recognized.

Hold the Windows key and press R, then type devmgmt.msc

Please respond to all the following steps.

Under Network adapters, please tell me all the devices listed.
Are there any devices under Network adapters that have a red x displayed?
Also, are there any devices anywhere in the Device Manager display with yellow ? or ! displayed?
