Wireless card questions
Hi, I have a chance to get an Airlink wireless card (model AWLC4130 for 802.11 G 108 Mbps) and have a couple of questions before I waste any money.
Will this Airlink wireless card read the signal sent out by my wife's "Apple Airport" wireless router? Do I have to set up another connection through Wizard or does it use the same connection as if it was still hooked up to an ethernet cable? Thanks! Kerwin |

Re: Wireless card questions
The card will probably only run at 54mbit speeds, since the 108 is a proprietary "turbo" mode that only works within the same brand of equipment. You will need to install the drivers and use the wireless client to establish the connection to the router, it's not the same as the Ethernet wired connection.
