Re: cannot find networkin card

Let's see if Windows detects any problems.

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System (classic view) -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager. Inside Device Manager look under "Network adapters". The network adapter should be listed, and if working properly should not have a yellow exclamation mark or red "X" next to it. If it does have either, right-click the listing and select Properties. Report what is said under Device status in the General tab.

Re: cannot find networkin card

You apparently have not installed ALL the required drivers. Let's see a screen shot of Device Manager showing any devices with a yellow ? or ! next to them.

To post a screen shot of the active window, hold the Alt key and press the PrtScn key. Open the Windows PAINT application and Paste the screen shot. You can then use PAINT to trim to suit, and save it as a JPG format file. To upload it to TSG, open the full reply window and use the Manage Attachments button to upload it here.
