Cant connect with lynksys card when video card is in

hello ive posted before about this and i had no solutions and gave up but i feel like trying again

heres the problem

I have Windows Vista Basic on my computer
and i have a lynksys wireless card i connect to a router with and it works fine.

Now I have a nvidia Video card and when I install itin the agp Slot and turn on my computer my lymksys card wont connect to the internet until i take out my video card. I have called both nvidia and lynksys tech support and both failed I also tried moving my wireless card into a different slot and that also didnt work. and i also checked for irq conflicts and there are none.

so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated thanks.
