Now Verizion is not letting me have 2 modems. I can olny have this one that im on now that will be able to connect to the internet, therefore my computer, upstairs, cannont connect to the internet. This comp dose not have a wireless card. My question is that How do i get my computer upstairs beable to access the internet. I hope not to have a ethernet cable running up my stairs, so i would like to set up this wireless router tht i have just sitting here. Im sorry to say this, but please go into complete detail on how to connect everything wirelessly(is that even a word? lol), when is comes to computers i pretty know the basics, still cant belive my new computer, that i built(WOOOOOOOT) works . Re: Little help On setting up Wireless Router :) [NOOBIE]
You need to configure the Westell 6100 in bridge mode. Here's the instructions for that: http://www.lava.net/support/Westell_...allation_Guide
After that, you can follow the standard setup instructions for the Linksys router.
