NO Connectivity-Physical Address: FF-FF-FF-FF-FF-FF
I am a system Administrator, and have been trying to troubleshoot a Dell Laptop-It will not connect to the network. After investigating Event Viewer and IPConfig /all. I noticed the physical address is FF-FF-FF-FF-FF-FF. Can someone assist me in rectifying this?

It's either drivers or the hardware has crapped out I would guess. My take is it's probably the network adapter has died, that's when I've seen this.
