Question Problem with connection

Hi!
This is the most annoying problem in the world!
I just bought a Netgear WPN311 wireless adapter for my Netgear RangeMax router (i have had problems before with this that didn't got solved).
and it dont work very well.. (i think it's my computer) i only get like 3kb/s MAXIMUM and it switches from no connection to the 30kb)
I tested it on another computer (same card) and it got like 23MB/s
I have:
Motherboard: nVidia NFORCE3 (brand new)
CPU: AMD Semperon (Brand new)

And my hard drive (SATA) is brand new too
so is my graphic card (Radeon 9250)

Can u see any problems here?

My System

For the best response to your new problem, you will need to make a new post in the Video Card Support board (the name is slightly misleading, pretty much all video problems should go in that board).
