Portforwarding for D-Link

I have a D-link router can anyone teach me how to portforward? because when i play games like GunZ online it starts lagging a lot when it didn't before.

i have a d-link DFE-530TX PCI Fast Ethernet router (tooken off internet connection's.

My computer is connected to the internet by modem-router-to computer

your terminology is a little off, your "DFE-530TX PCI Fast Ethernet router" is a DFE-530TX PCI Fast Ethernet "adapter", its not a router. and port forwarding you would do in your modem-router. What model is it, what type of internet connection are you sporting?
