Router Question

I have a D-Link router and I am having problems securing the my connection. I ran the setup software with that came with the router but I've noticed that people can connect to my router without a network key. How do I reset the network key?

what is the exact model number of your d-link router? DI-524 series router? WBR-2310 series? DIR-625 series? DGL-4300 series? I can give you a step by step instructions on how you would secure your wireless network.. using WEP or WPA/PSK as your encryption so that no one can have free Internet using your own wireless network... :)
