Can access network, but not the internet?

I need help, my network adapter worked just yesterday, now I can only access my network but not the internet? ANyone have an idea?

Can you get some anti-spyware programs onto the pc? For example ewido or spybot? Try running those?

If you can, you could also try Firefox as an alternative web browser.

Any good?

Can you be more specific? What is the make/model of any router, modem, and what ISP do you use? What version/patch level of Windows is in use on the machine in question? What type of firewall or Internet security applications do you run?
