Hi. I am new to computers & learning alot. Frankly dont know if this is the correct manner to ask a question..but here goes:
I have Windows XP home edition. I have lost (deleted) some important files/e-mail that I need to attempt retrieving. Do you have suggestions?
Remember, it has to be simple...just learning this stuff. thanks in advance.

what kind of files did you delete? Did you delete files that you got via e-mail ? i didnt quite get the problem.

Where the emails in outlook or a web based email such as hotmail. If it was web based you can try looking in your temporay internet file. As for the files try do a search on download.com to see if you can find some file recovery software.
