No picture on boot up

Yesterday I installed a D-Link wireless network card in one of my PCI slots without installing the drivers first. When I booted up there was no picture, the monitor's light was blinking as if the computer was off but it is connected. I removed the card and tried restarting a few times with no luck and every time it reboots it beebs 3 times very quickly at first and the light on the floppy drive stays on. Is there anyone that can help me?

Hi and welcome to TSF

Have you checked to see if you have dislodged your graphics card?

Make sure it's well seated and that the securing tab is over on the bottom corner.

Any time you are installing or removing cards from your computer, you need to unplug the computer. Did you do this before installing the network card?
