Can't connect to VPN using XP Pro SP2
I appreciate your time in looking at this post... I'm hoping someone out there might be able to help me out!
I'm having a terrible time trying to connect to a 'customer' VPN using XP Network Configuration. There are other people in the office using XP Pro SP2 just like me, but they have no problems connecting. I am also able to connect without a problem using a Windows 2000 machine. I have ensured that the settings are the same between all computers, but still no luck. I receive the following error: Error: 800 Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable, or security parameters may not be configured properly for this connection. I've searched so many sites for a solution but haven't had any luck. Can anyone shed some light on this? Cheers, Tanya
