problem with Windows Xp

Dear All,

I have bought a new desktop computer (Intel quad core 4gb RAm). I have installed Ubuntu Linux and its working fine. But when I install Windows Xp after loading the setup files a Error message come with blue screen only technical information is given here :

" STOP 0x0000007B (0xF79A7524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)"

I have checked HDD, DVD R/W, Xp CD, RAM with other computer its working fine. I have cleared the BIOS yet problem is remains the same.

Can anyone please help me how to fix it. I will be very gra8full to you.

problem with Windows Xp

Dear All,

I assume you are trying to dual boot Ubuntu and Windows? If so, you have to install windows first. After that you can install Ubuntu on the second partition. There is one way around it but honestly isn't worth the trouble and it is way too much work. Sorry for the bad news but that's the way it is. Good luck.

Problem was HDD Settings.
