Re: Add/Remove Program won't work
To remove the entry, run regedit.
Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall Find the entry and delete it.

Thanks suzzan and chenggangsheng!
suzzan- When I enter regsvr32 mshtml.dll I get the following message: mshtml.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. This file can not be registered. The other 2 loaded fine. chenggangsheng- I deleted the entry there. My Add/Remove Program is now running!! Thanks!!
