Re: can't find drivers for my graphics card
Not giving up yet
Have you tried to install the driver through the Device Manager? Seeing this is a Desktop use this driver: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_191.07_whql.html Extract the driver to a folder: Go to the Device Manager Right click on the error>Update Select: No, not this time Select: Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) Select: Include this location in the search Select Browse and browse to the folder you extracted the driver to. XP may install the driver. Bill |

Re: can't find drivers for my graphics card
You don't right click on the Folder on the Desktop. Once you have files in the folder open it up. is there a Setup.exe file in their? If so just double click it. If not, then go back to the Device Manager. Right click the hardware device with the yellow mark and choose Update Driver. Select: No, not this time
Select: Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) Select: Include this location in the search Select Browse and browse to the folder you extracted the driver to. (Desktop) XP may install the driver.

Re: can't find drivers for my graphics card
you have to open the folder and point it to the .ini file. If there isn't an .ini file then you have a Setup.exe file in the folder or a Zip file that has to be clicked on to run before it unzips the drivers to your C: drive.

Re: can't find drivers for my graphics card
It means you downloaded the wrong driver for your video card, not your hard drive. Try downloading the right one.

Re: can't find drivers for my graphics card
As stated prior the code you are getting for this card is for a notebook, but you have a desktop. Either the card is faulty or something is corrupted in the OS.
Is this a legit XP install with keycode? Bill |
