AntiVirus Problems

I have the same blue error message soon after the system reboot to safe mode I restore tryihg to change start-up setting do more updatting disable some suspicious file from running by using the msconfig setup but still my pc re-boot from normal to re-safemode can everybody help me to escape this critical break down
