0x7324611a referenced memory error

it's been about a month now since I've had this problem,I'm not sure how I got this error, so what happens is that every time I try to start an application or go into a folder,this error pops up and then the whole desktop vanishes leaving my wallpaper (taking 5 seconds to 3 minutes to let everything reappear) and if I cancel to debug, drwatson freezes my task bar permanently but everything else works.The error disappears after the comp has been though a few applications and I don't experience it again until the computer reboots.
