Dell Vostro 200 - Crashing On Shutdown

I need some help I have a client running a Dell Vostro 200, 2 GB DDR2
and intermittently receiving an error on shutdown. I have attached a HiJackThis Log that could possibly help?

I have cleaned up the system, updated all Dell drivers and latest Intel Video Drivers, run SFC, Defrag, Chkdsk, del tmp files, ran registry cleaner, scanned with Malware bytes (latest version), combofix - same issue.

I haven't however ran a mem check yet.

In Application Log:

Event ID: 1000
Faulting application , version 0.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

In System Log:

Event ID: 26
Application popup: Explorer.EXE - Application Error : The instruction at "0x000ec460" referenced memory at "0x000ec460". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
