Post PING does not work

When I type ping at the command prompt I get " 'ping' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"

What can cause this, also ipconfig returns the same type of error.

Re: PING does not work

the ping.exe name has been renamed or file missing, you can try "ping6.exe" in cmd windows.

Re: PING does not work

Thanks, i actually found the reason. My path statement did not have c:\windows\system32 listed anymore. If I type that at the command prompt all the commands work great.
