Need help backing up files in safe mode
My computers keeps crashing when I try to boot up in normal Windows mode. It only works in Safe Mode. The problem is, in safe mode, the USB ports do not work, nor does the disc burner. I have pictures and music files I need to back up onto an external hard drive. However, the external hard drive connects through a USB port.
Any advice as to how I can backup my files on to the external hard drive in safe mode? Thanks. |

Re: Need help backing up files in safe mode
Take the hard drive out of the computer and mount it in an external enclosure. Attach it to a working computer by USB cord and copy out what you need.
