Re: Problem with Toshiba laptop running Windows xp (Moved from Other Operating System
Hello & welcome to TSF ,
there may be several steps that we need to take to solve this issue here is one now what i you need to do is go to your (device manager) now once there you will want to select from the toolbar of the window(veiw) then a drop down menu / from it you will select (show all hidden devices) now if you see any (red or yellow) quotation marks , make a note of what they & post them here

Re: Problem with Toshiba laptop running Windows xp (Moved from Other Operating System
Hello
sorry for not getting back sooner (family issues) how to find the device manager start select ( my computer ) by right clicking it in the drop down menu select ( properties ) then in the window that reveals select ( hardware) then in the next window select ( device manager) then in the next window select ( Veiw ) then in the drop down menu select ( show all hidden devices ) now you will be looking for any red or yellow quotation marks or question marks/ if you see any then that means you have driver issues / write down what they are & post them back here

What's the exact model of your Toshiba laptop ? Download and install the latest drivers from Toshiba's website (click on download at the top).
How come your OS is in chinese ? |
