Toshiba Satellite Laptop crashed after windows media update CNN
My son tried to upgrade his windows media player on election night from the CNN website and it crashed his computer.
It will boot up to the point of log in and then freezes. I can't even get to restore point, or even control panel to remove media player. Help He needs this laptop for college and I hate to spend more $ to have best buy wipe it out again. |
