i have problem in my pc

hi

i have problem in my pc ... problem is can`t save anything in other meaning

when i download anything with IE7 or firefox the windows is closed immediate without any save !!!

can`t save file or pictures or music .... and all programs in my pc is the same problem when i save anything the program
is closed immediate .... for example photoshop cs2 can`t save any pictures

i`m scan all my pc with KIS 2009 with last update and don`t catch anytheing please help me ..
