Cry System Administrator

I cant access my control panel. Each time I try to access my control panel or remove a program its telling me restricted contact system administrator. Please help me.

rocky289 is right i dont think you have admin rights. It is easy to get around but the question is should you have admin rights? Is it your pc or a work pc?

Yes its my PC. When i press ctrl+alt+del and try to log on as administrator it keeps telling me restricted!

sounds like something (virus/malware) is messing with your settings. If your standard user log on has admin rights try making a new account and make sure you give it admnistrator rights. Also try in safe mode and see if you can get in as administrator in safe mode

I can only log in as admin in safe mode but nothing is happening when I am clicking on the Items

Well if you can log in with safe mode then your admin rights are ok there.

Go to that page and scroll down to #256 on the left side. Download Restore the Control Panel. Double click it and click yes to the prompt. Then try your control panel again.

Its telling me registry editing has been disable by your administrator. I ran a virus scan and the system is clean. My control panel and run has disappear.

Reboot your PC and press F8 while your computer is booting. It will prompt you with a option for Safe Mode choose that and then try to run the file from safe mode.
