is ntbackup file compressed?
I just set this laptop up with XP Pro. the contents of the HD occupy 14 GB. I performed a backup that was intended to be everything and left it unattended. When I got back, it had finished and closed (where is my logfile?!) and the backup dataset is only 6 GB. Is compression being used? Or did it encounter a problem and quit early?
