Major problems after installing SP 3
After I installed SP 3 and as I waited for the reboot to finish I received an error message stating that "sevices.exe" had failed on the splash screen for my computer manufacturer. The screen then reverted to the black XP splashscreen but for some reason it was displaying at a low resolution. My computer then rebooted but only made it to the computer manufacturer splash screen when it crashed and rebooted.
My computer basically boots to the manufacturer splash screen and crashes and reboots over and over. Sometimes when rebooting my computer will run checkdisk and restart. I tried to run full system restore off a disk but my computer doesn't read the disk and continually crashes and reboots. I have no idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated. |
