Windows Explorer keeps dying!
I made a new user account today because my administrator account couldn't get into the registry, it said "Registry access has been disabled by Administrator". So I created another admin acount and, when suddenly I got attacked by a bunch of trojans. I think the trojans were triggered by the creation of the other account, and now explorer keeps stopping, leaving just my background (the desktop icons and taskbar are gone). Then I also get an error report message saying that spools.exe has closed. When I shut down or restart through task manager, I get a blue screen stop error. System restore won't work through safe mode, the only option is to go to a restore point from a few minutes ago, which is called "last known good configuration", but it doesn't do anything. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this mess?
