Windows Not Loading
Okay, so when I turn on my computer, it gets to the screen with all the user accounts, I click on one account, it takes hours to show 'loading user settings' then another few hours to get to the screen, and even there there's just a blank background, no Start, no icons on the screen, nothing just a blank background. I've been running it on safe mode, but I really want to fix it. I don't have an XP installation CD so I can't do a repair install. I've tried a bunch of things, non of which seem to work. Can anybody help?
