Something I never seen before

After I logon message appears in the tray. It has an icon of WinXP Security Center and it says:
SPYWARE DETECTED!
Click here now to install Anti-Spyware tool.

Then I click and nothing happens for few seconds. Then it starts to open pages which contain

commercials, lucky banners, menagment service etc. Also opens sites for socializing. Usually I

am offered to buy something and so.
Example: www.etoro.com; http://www.poshmama.com/;

It uses Internet Explorer. I did disable IE7 in Program Access & Defaults but IE7 is still working.
System Restore is not working. It can preform restoration.

Sometimes for a second i see black screen(command prompt) and then that "whatever that is"

turns off. Then I see the screen again and it turns on(starts to pop-up message again and opens

sites).

I was playing GTA:San Andreas when the meassage first appeared.
There is one site that often opens PREFSTOP. I'v seen that site before. maybe I picked it up from there. I don't know. How do I get rid of this addon or whatever that is? I installed Photoshop CS3 an hour before that happened. Legal version(TRIAL).

Please help me before that program takes full control over my computer.

It looks as though you have been hijacked with a severe case of malware.

Please read this article… "Having problems with spyware and pop-ups? - First Steps"; follow the instructions very carefully; then, post all the requested logs and information; as instructed, in the HiJackThis Log Help Forum.

When carrying out The 5 Steps, if you cannot complete any of them for whatever reason, just continue on with the next one until they are all completed.

Once done, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are usually very busy; one of them will answer your request as soon as they can.
