when i try to uninstall, install, it says:
"the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." then : "click "ok" again or enter alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'iTunes.msi' in the box below" it also says "older versions of iTunes cannot be removed, contact your tech support group" my Itunes that has always worked fine wont play at all. no sound and no progress on the song cursor. in audio and sound devices it says " no playback devices" Winamp is the same and my windows media player is the same. Did an audio playback device accidentally get deleted or something? please help. music is my life. I dont want to loose my files or something.thank you - shaun |
