Runtime Error
I have a problem with my computer. I deleted some files 2 weeks ago maybe a little longer, anyways I thought they were all .tmp files. Well I haven't been able to download on my computer, my Avast anti-virus which I set up about a week ago is still able to update. Today when I logged on I got a Runtime Error and it said
c:/Program Files/Microsoft IntelliPoint/point32.exe What do I do? I have no knowledge on any of this please help. |

Re: Runtime Error
So are you saying you cannot download anything on your computer? Patches? Windows updates? etc.etc.
Also the Microsoft Intellipoint I believe is a mouse driver. You must be using a microsoft mouse right? Have you tried un-installing it the driver and installing it again? If not, try that and see if this will resolve the runtime error issue. |

Re: Runtime Error
I can download the windows updates I don't know what patches are, but when I try to download a file on my email or update my adobe reader, itunes, etc it pops up with a message that says "Internet Explorer cannot download from..." Uninstalling the driver does that mean to unplug my mouse and plug it back in?
