black screen
I am having huge problems starting my HP Pavillion DV4000.
Whenever I turn it on, Windows XP will not boot and returns to black screen saying there was a problem and give me 4 options which are: Start as normal. Start in Safe Mode. Start in Safe Mode with Networking. Start using last good configuration. Whatever I select it loads and then reverts back to the same screen. Also prior to this problem, My disc drive would not appear within "My Computer" Please help!!  |
