Repair Install win XP Professional

I am having win xp professional on my machine and it has been given be trouble with some dll file missing. So i decide to reinstall win xp prof on it again but in middle of the installation it came with this message "setup cannot copy the file catsrv.dl_." even though the file is on the cd. I have tried brawse to the cd and select the file but it still do not work.

you probably need a new cd. Copy a mates or dl it

check the cd for finger marks or scratches

clear the drive with dban
then format and install
