Syst. Standby works, Monitor & Hard disks off no
I can go to Power options, and tell System Standby to happen, and it does. Turn off Monitor and Hard Disks does not work. Only Home/Offiice Desk and Portable/Laptop are shown under Power schemes. There are 17 schemes in the registry. Only 0 through 6 have a name . CurrentPowerPolicy is set to 0, which is Home/Office Desk. the Description says "This scheme is suited to most home or desktop computers that are left plugged in all the time". That seems to fit this computer. I like to have the monitor turn off and then the hard disk soon after. No standby. Can anyone help.
