another small annoying problem

On some sites I go to there are many words that when the mouse runs over them opens a little thumbnail box with information about that word and a link where to buy it and stuff like that. (www.softpedia.com) seems to be the worst site by far and latly i have been going there a lot and I want this to stop!! Its very annoying to put my mouse over a certain word and have a video start playing real loud cause my speakers are turned up! It seems to be caused by IntelliTXT which I know i have not downloaded to my computer, by choice anyway, and I want to disable this and all others like this.

Thanks!

I added a Print Screen to show what I am talking about
