Problems with explorer.exe and drwtsn32

Hello, i have a computer with Xp SP2 and when i work with the explorer this aplication fails and apears a mesaje:

DrWatson Postomer Debugger has encounntered a proble need to close

And i cannot work until i type ctrl+alt+del and close the aplication drwtsn32, after the explorer reboot and i can work normally for a few moments. I apreciate all the help that you can send to me.
