Need help to get quicktime with itunes to work

Hi my name is Missy and I am new here.I am hoping you can help me out.I need to install a new version of quicktime on my pc which uses Windows XP but we can't find the file to delete the older version.I use quicktime to view parts of a website that I pay to be a member of .When I try to view specific parts of the website I get the message missing plugins recquired.I just want to fix this so I can get the full experience of the website. The problem started after we had spyware and got a virus on our computer .We got all that off but I really want to fix this issue.

Start/Settings/Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs applet, it should be listed in there.
