I think the setting is in control panel "Users", all users. I know how to do
it on a fresh install but cant remember the steps. You will probably need to know the adminstrator password.

Go to Start/run and type in control userpasswords2 hit ok then uncheck the box to enable users to log on with pass word. it will ask you for the account you want to log on automatically and a password leave the password box blank and hit ok
