Need Virus Help

For a few days now my computer has been going a little slow. I didn't think anything of it and continued to do my usual things but recently i noticed a lot of problems. Such problems include files and programs becoming corrupted, and other programs not responding. I also noticed i can no longer access my Task manager or use internet explorer and a small black window simular to a command prompt keeps continually popping up with F:\WINDOWS\Setup.exe in the top left. i have an urge to delete this file but i don't know how it will affect my system. I've looked at some sites i found on google for help and i came to the conclusion that i have some sort of virus. I have already used a few anti-virus programs which include Spybot S&D, Kaspersky, and even the Yahoo Anti-spy but no such virus was detected by any of those. any help or advice would be very appreciated.
