physical memory problems keeps restarting
Hay mum has a serious problem with her laptop. Everytime she stats it up it does the usual says windows XP with loading bar down the bottom then the next screen with the config F2 option then says physical memory something or other with the writing wont stay on the screen long enough 4 me 2 read and goes to the windows XP screen again it goes around and around in circles do i need 2 reboot it? and press F2? how do i get 2 my stuff?

download the memtest86 ISO, burn the image to disc, put it in the laptop, change boot order to CD ROM first, and let the test run full out. Report back any errors.
