problem deleting file

i don't know whether this is the right topic cos i didnt know where it would fit in but i was hoping someone could help me

i was downloading some music and somehow a pornographic file has appeared in my documents. i have tried to delete it but when i right click it the only options are play, open with.., send, and add to windows media player playlist.
its not harming my computer because i ran my virus check and nothing came up but its just the fact it is there.
anyone got any ideas?

May be its not a file but a program.....Check in your Add Remove Program if you can remove it from there..... Otherwise Changeling has given the best way to delete the file!

You may have to delete it from your P2P program first.

If nothing else works, try this

Or This
