over the last few days, i have noticed some small red icons on my desktop icons. They have a small exclamation mark on them. what can this be?

i'm only guessing but maybe the icons point to a file that has been moved or deleted. i'll have a look at XP tomorrow. i only use win2k at home.

when you double click on any of the icons do they run the application that they are meant to?
