Angry Wanting to kill cybersitter. Please help.

Two years ago, I got my own computer in my room and my parents thought it would be most suiting for me to have parental controls on said computer. They chose CyberSitter, a haack-free irritating little application with an irritating little Parrot icon on my system tray.
Two years later, I am absolutely desperate to rid my computer of this miserable thing. The problem is, all the cybersitter files are hidden so I can't easily uninstall it. I've tried searching for "cybersitter" "cyb2k" "cyber" "sitter" and tons of other phrases on my computer but I'm getting nothing. Is there any way to uninstall/delete/mess up this program so it's non-functional? Any kind of advice would be much appreciated.

Ask your parents.

My System

Is it your parents who are trying to uninstall the program?

From http://www.cybersitter.com/TrialDl.htm
Quote:
IMPORTANT NOTE - UNINSTALLING: If you decide to uninstall CYBERsitter for any reason, an internal "Uninstall" function is built-in and can be on the "Tools" page in CYBERsitter 9.0.
I haven't used CyberSitter, but I would guess that the uninstall feature is only available to the person who installed the program and is probably password protected.

We can't help you bypass your parents' security settings.

No more asking ANY questions on this subject. This is a curtious warning. This thread is closed. You will have to talk to whomever installed it or the company that the software is liscensed to.
