Have her Right Click My Computer/Properties/Advanced/System & Recovery-Settings tab, Under System Failure uncheck Automatically Restart.
Now when it goes to restart she will get a BSOD with some information. Write down the Stop: error and post it back here. This may give us a better idea of what is causing her issue

if the auto reboot box is unticked the computer will freeze on the bsod error message and you have to manually restart, and you need to post the full error message

When it goes to the BSOD, she now saw this message "Stop: 0x0000009c (0x00000002, 0x8054D370, 0xB6002000, 0x0000017A)" Then it said "Dumping physical memory" then after a bit it restarted.

Well, she assured me that she did. Does that stop message mean anything?
