Cry Windoes wont load

Had a new PC recently, got things sorted and it was running as it should do, perfectly, tried playing an old game but the system was going to fast for it and was making my guy go faster than he should be, so with a little advice :) i installed a program that was made to overclock the system, set it all on auto then set the games multi(thing) on, worked fine until the computer started crashing. It closed down on its own about 3 or 4 times then on the last one where i restarted by pressing a button on the case it all kinda went wrong :(.The computer loads, then a screen appears saying "sorry for the inconvienice bla bla bla" telling me to select a way to start the computer, safe/normal etc. When i choose normal the big windows logo comes up with that small box, the blue animation doesnt appear and it just stays like that doesnt load or anything. When i choose safe mode it starts streaming lines until it gets to C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mup.sys, then it freezes again. Any ideas on how to sort it out??

Only disks I has with the computer were driver disks and the Windows disk.

Thanks in advance.
