Everythings going super fast HELP

I do not know whats going on.
everything on the internet and games etc,all are moving about x10 they're normal speed.
I do not know if its vista,I have no viruses,Checked with Mcafee and Norton 360.
I'm just baffled.
I've restarted the computer multiple times.
what is going on!?

Not sure that I am following this one at all. I don't ever recall anyone complaining about speedy Internet connections; only slow ones.

Do you have both N360 & MIS installed?

yes.
its not the internet
its just that
like,games,and programs all are at about 10x rate of speed that theyre supposed to be,like,an ad or something is supposed to be moving real slow,but its super fast moving and what not.
