Help! Laptop spasm !

Hello people,

the reason i wanna post is because my laptop just keep having the pop up Windows Explorer has stopped working, and later would be Windows Explorer is restarting.

This repeats every 15 secs! & im getting quite pissed with it :(
now i couldnt do anything right wit it.
& even at time after every 15 sec, they would give other notifications like Event Monitor User Notification tool has stopped working, HP QuickPlay Resident Program has stopped working and many more.

Im not quite of a IT guy, but i hope someone here could help me.

have you installed all updates and service packs? and try turning of uac.
